Great Razor, Mediocre Base. 5 stars for the razor, 3 stars for the charger/cleaning unit.First surprise for me: it's not blue/black, it's dark brown. Feels very nostalgic, color-wiseThe razor gives me a frighteningly good shave, to the point I have to be careful with it or else I will get razor burn. Don't use too much force when shaving. The cleaner/charger is loud, inefficient, doesn't do a good job of cleaning, and the instructions that come with it are vague. (How often do I change the water??) Also, when it's done charging, the blasted thing flashes ALL NIGHT LONG. So much for cleaning/charging at night, I guess. The cleaner does a terrible job of removing shaving cream residue. I found the best way to do that is just squeeze a little shower soap in the razor after I finish shaving, let it foam up for a few seconds, then rinse it out.Furthermore, having to replace the cleaning "block" or whatever that is every month or so is extremely annoying, and adds significantly to the cost of the unit.Panasonic makes some great razors, but they need to rethink this cleaner/charger base unit.I would recommend the razor, but not the base. If you can get the razor without the base, that's probably the best way to go. The base just isn't worth the hassle. 4A great, hi-tech razor at a reasonable price I have been a Braun user for the past 30 or so years although I tried Norelco and that didn t work out. I had two of the 7500 series razors and they were both getting old with battery problems and no longer provided a close shave despite purchasing new cutter head and comb. I originally decided to upgrade to a Braun Series 7 Razor with far newer technology and found it to be an expensive failure, at least for me. It gave a bad shave, and it actually irritated my skin. I figured this was due to an aggressive comb in the middle of the head. I also didn t like the fact that you had to use an expensive accessory you plunge the razor into to clean it. The series 7 was a very unsatisfactory experiment and after several months of unhappy use, the store I bought it from gracefully allowed me return it.At that point, I began casting about for a replacement razor and revisited the Panasonic line. I had looked at them before and noted they were very pricey in stores, (when they could be found, even more than high-end Braun); however, the ones I looked at on-line were more reasonably priced and the spec s were good so I ordered a Panasonic ES-LA63-S Arc4 Men's Electric Razor, 4-Blade Cordless with Wet/Dry from an Amazon vendor. When I received the razor and tried it, I was amazed that it gave me a far nicer shave than either my former Braun 7505 or the series 7 razor I unsuccessfully tried. The technology of the Panasonic razor is excellent, with a very fast moving cutter assembly. The head design is compatible with my skin and doesn t irritate (unless I press too hard when shaving). I ve decided that I will not achieve a razor-blade smooth shave with any electric razor so I don t push it. My shaves pass the wife test though so that s good enough for me and I do not live with a styptic pencil like I did in my early days of blade shaving. It s waterproof, so I understand you can get an even closer shave if you use a shave cream like Nivea and shave wet with the razor. One of the very favorable things I noticed about the Panasonic is how you clean it. They instruct you to just put a few drops of hand soap (from a dispenser) on the head and run the razor. Amazingly simple - and you don t need a complicated alcohol based cleaning accessory for this razor as you do with Braun and Norelco. You can also clean it by just turning it on and running it under the faucet. It even has a turbo mode which vibrates the cutter assembly extremely fast not unlike an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. This seems to clean the razor really well. I blow on it to try it and lay it on a washrag to completely dry with the head off.The only problem I had with the razor was with the flip-up trimmer. This might be the only weakness in the design of this razor and where it is inferior to Braun. The trimmer would not stay locked in the up position so I contacted amazon and received an amazing bit of no-quibble customer service. They advised me that a replacement razor was on its way and to return the bad one in the original box. OK so I have to go without my razor for a while until they send me a new one? - absolutely not. They emailed me a printable return label to tape to the original box with instructions to either have it picked up by UPS (free) or take it to one of their drop-off locations. Then they told me I could continue using the old razor until the new one arrived within a very short time after I contacted them. This is a great way to solve customer problems with minimum inconvenience and, despite the failure (it can happen) the outstanding customer service made me a loyal Amazon customer for future purchases. All in all, I m extremely happy with my Panasonic ES-LA63-S razor and with where I bought it on line. As for the price? With a little shopping, I ended up with a four blade electric razor for just over $100.00 that beats both Braun and Norelco. 5I enjoy shaving with a blade and lather when I have ...I spent a lot of time checking out all of the top rated electric razors. First, I wanted a razor that would give me a decent shave, I enjoy shaving with a blade and lather when I have the time and didn't expect as close a shave from an electric. Secondly, I didn't want to spend too much for what I want but I also didn't want to spend much less than $100.00 because I've had those razors in the past and they are poor value, don't shave well at all and don't last long. Now, why I picked the Panasonic ES-LA63-S Arc 4. First it was in my price range, very important to me. Some models, although very good, get Ridiculously expensive. Secondly, the reviews from other purchasers on Amazon rated this model highly, better than the Arc 5. I didn't want a washing station, just more crap around my sink. It doesn't have to be plugged in all the time, again less crap hanging around, the razor, cord and charger sitting out. It holds the charge for definitely more than a week and charges in ONE HOUR. I've time it several times, from flat battery to full charge, one hour. The digital read out on the handle is very handy, tells you how much charge you have left and how long you took to shave. It has a big head, which to me is good, covers more area with each stroke. I have had no trouble at all around my nose or those few hair that hide in the corner of your mouth. The area around my adam's apple doesn't come out perfect, but is very acceptable to me. I usually shave in less than 3 minutes. If that's too long, you're in trouble. It's easy to clean. Running water will do it, I like using an can of compressed air. Blow it out in two seconds and it's not wet when I put it away. I liked the features and lay out of the Arc4 better than even the more expensive units. They suggest you allow 30 days for your face to get accustomed to the unit. It took about half that for my face to not know I'd shaved it. As your face gets used to it, the shave gets better and better. I never expected to get this close a shave from an electric and without face burn. I am very happy with my Arc4. You won't be sorry if you buy an Arc4.Hope this was of some help to you.5Best electric shaver I've ever used but still can't beat a good straight bladePros:* Closest shave of any electric shaver I've ever used in my entire life.* Large, flexible head with multiple shaving foils is flexible and shaves my cheeks as closely as a straight blade does.* Waterproof and very convenient to use in the shower.* Easy to clean.Cons:* VERY expensive!* Still can't beat a straight blade when it comes to shaving my neck.* Large head with multiple shaving foils makes it hard to shave precisely, which makes this a bad shaver for shaping beards and sideburns. Conclusion:For the price, it should do a better job with the neck. You can get a shave that's ALMOST as good from one of the Panasonic shavers that costs half as much, and you still need a good straight blade to finish the job. Because it's the best electric shaver I've ever used, I will give it four stars, but it's far more economical to get a cheaper Panasonic and a straight blade.4recommended I was reviewing my old orders and I saw this one purchased in 2013. I said how come I never wrote a review about this. this is by far the best electric shaver. battery lasts a week. shave razor-like without any irritation. I use it wet or dry and either way works great. I remember changing the blades (but not the screens), just because it was recommended to be changed every 18 months. no need really. It's funny though I bought it for 95$ in 2013 and now I see the listed price is 110$. I guess nothing newer has come yet. anyways I recommend this shaver. and btw I think it's the only Japan made shaver on the market. 5Great Electric Razor - highly recommend I am a woman and I bought it for me! I needed a high quality electric razor that could shave my legs. Traditional disposable razors were chewing up my legs (I guess after the age of 50 your skin changes). So my next best option is finding a great electric razor. The traditional women's electric razors fall flat. The old adage - 'you get what you pay for' - is so true! This is a little more expensive, but it works great! Highly recommend this electric razor for women! 5I absolutely love this shaver! I'm a woman who was sick of women's razors/shavers. I decided to take the plunge and purchase a shaver that was geared toward men. Really, could they say "men's" or "men" any more in the copy about this razor? I figured with such high reviews by so many users I would try this. I figured that men's facial hair had to be tougher than my body hair so this shaver should out-preform any lady shaver I'd had in the past. Bingo. My risk paid off. I absolutely love this shaver! Although it's somewhat bulky I've gotten used to it. I don't have to go over spots 7 or 8 times like I have with other razors. (Keeping it at 90 degrees is crucial) It's much quieter than other shavers I've had as well. There's a lock so you don't accidentally turn off the shaver while you are working with it. It charges fully within an hour. It shaves smoothly dry, but if you use Cremo shave creme the results are even better. The LCD is very helpful and will even tell you how long you've spent shaving. (TMI, 3 min on legs this morning) The price is a bit higher than I'd like. I think you get what you pay for here. Does is make shaving more enjoyable? No. Nothing could really do that. More efficient? Certainly.P.S. Ladies, I appear to have suffered no harm by using a shaver that wasn't pink. ;-) 5Close shave overall, a little hard to get the lip and neck though This is the second electric razor I've owned. The first one was a rotary head razor I bought a few years ago which chewed my neck up so I'd gone back to using a Fusion which generally does a very good job. I really should shave every other day when using a manual razor, but my face is rather sensitive and I get too much razor burn shaving that often. In practice, I'd end up shaving every 3rd or 4th day which isn't enough for me. So, I decided to give this electric razor a shot.I use it with shaving cream in the shower. It does a fine job used either daily or every other day. For me, the best results have come from applying shaving cream, doing a first pass from several different angles, applying a second round of shaving cream, and doing one more quick pass. In general, it takes me about 5 minutes to do a good job. Maybe with more practice, I'll get quicker. It is easy enough to shave with or against the grain with this razor and not feel significant irritation. However, I have found it a bit hard to get my upper lip as well as one area on each side of my neck without making a ton of passes. I think this is a result of the size of the shave head. On a rare occasion, I have to finish the job with a manual razor. Depending on how your facial hair grows, you may or may not have the same problem as me.I tried dry shaving with it once and while it did a decent job, my face felt irritated for about 12 hours. Maybe this would improve if I dry shaved more often, but given the comfort of using it with shaving cream, I haven't felt compelled to find out.Overall, it gives a close shave and is comfortable enough for me to use daily. Right after I shave, it feels almost as close as a manual Fusion. I know that it definitely is not getting as close as a manual razor because I can feel significantly more stubble coming back by the next morning. But, given that I can comfortably use this electric razor on a daily basis, the trade off is worth it to me. I don't know if it really does that much better than the Arc3. I have a hunch that the Arc3, because of the smaller shave head, might have an easier time getting the neck and upper lip without significant difference in closeness. Maybe somebody who's used both can comment on this.Pros:- It gets a close shave with rather minimal irritation, even with daily use. Note that I exclusively use this thing with shaving cream.- Waterproof and compatible with shaving cream.- Battery life is reasonable. I can get 7 shaves out of it before having to consider charging it up.- It's easy to clean.- The trimmer is nice for sideburns.Cons:- Difficulty getting the upper lip.- Misses some areas on the neck without some creative angling and movement of the razor. 4Patchy shave After reading all of the positive reviews, I thought that it would be safe purchasing this shaver. I have been using a safety razor for the past four to five years and am reasonably happy with my shave, but am looking for a better shave. After reading the reviews on this razor, I thought that moving to an electric razor would give me a closer shave with fewer razor bumps. Unfortunately that was not the case. I have a beard and only shave my neck, so the experience I am sharing only relates to how this razor shaves a neck. When I shaved, the shaver left entire patches of unshaved stubble and no matter how many times I moved the shaver over it, it refused to cut the stubble (I attempted to shave that spot over 30 times and all it gave me was some nasty razor bumps around the area). I made sure to stretch out my skin and attempted to shave the area both with shaving cream and without, but neither worked. I finally gave up and returned the shaver. 1Excellent Electric Razor, Exceeded Expectations I never thought that I would ever use an electric razor but I had a very troubling experience with a fixed blade razor after nearly 40 years of shaving. A slight cut on the side of my nose introduced a bacteria infection that put me in the hospital. The speed and tenacity of the infection was unsettling and required intravenous antibiotics to stop it. The blade that cut me was a few days old and I always rinse and clean my razor and the fact that I became infected nonetheless led me to a decision to cease shaving with a fixed blade razor. I looked very carefully for a good electric razor thinking that even with a superb electric razor I would never be able to get a shave that would rival a fixed blade razor cut. This Panasonic electric razor exceeded my expectations. It delivers a close shave and is easy to use. I was going to purchase a Braun but a number of reviews stated that the Braun razors were very difficult to clean. The Panasonic is easy to use, simple to clean and provides a very smooth shave. I could not be more pleased with its performance. Highly recommended. 5Exceeded My Expectations Okay, I'm old enough to remember the old Remington, and Norelco razor commercials. Now that's out of way, and with the perspective of the fact that I have owned at least a dozen different electric shavers in my lifetime, I was in the market for a new one. The one I had previous to this Panasonic was a Braun series 5...had it for 12 years because it came pretty close to matching the performance of a razor, and it was reliable. It's only short coming was with a 2-3 day growth, it bordered on painful to cut through it mostly because the replacement blades were much inferior to the original, and my face felt it!I decided to see if there were any shavers out there were under $100, that could maybe replace my old workhorse Braun, and give me at least a little better results, and was wet/dry capable. The Panasonic fit the bill, and I decided to give it a try. When I got it and saw the massive shaving head I thought, I had made a mistake....that no way was this going to be able to get into those tough areas on the jaw line and on either side of the under the chin. Plus I was dreading that infamous "skin break in period" everyone talks about. My first shave was simply amazing....it got into the areas I was worried about without a whimper...and sailed through all the other areas like a rider mower through a 9' X 12' lawn...it cut my shaving time in half and the results were very impressive...and didn't irritate my skin one bit. So I decided to not shave for 3 days (I'm retired, so I can get away with that) and see how it handled this test. It hit the heaviest growth on my chin...the motor changed pitch slightly, but it cut through it...and without any pain....like it was a one day's growth. I had to make a few additional passes but what usually took me 5 mins to accomplish with my old Braun, only took 3 mins, with fantastic results. Let's be honest...no electric shaver can match a razor in closeness, but this Panasonic comes as close as I've ever seen, or felt. Throw in the bonus that you can wet shave, and run it under the faucet or shower to clean it out and you've got a real winner! Frankly, for the money...you'd be hard pressed to find a better electric shaver and the fact that it was under $100 makes it a real gem. The only thing lacking is that it doesn't come with a holder or stand....big deal, I stand it up in the corner of my vanity, and it does just fine. This shaver is a winner in price, performance, and convenience. Give it a shot. 5Meh...It was finally time to replace my old Panasonic cordless shaver (model ES8103) which I have been fairly happy with. I've grown accustomed to needing to follow-up with a disposable razor to get stray hairs on my neck and just behind my jaw. So, when I read the reviews on the new shavers from Panasonic I was excited with all the reports that this new Panasonic gives people the 'closest shave they have ever gotten from an electric shaver.' Now, almost $200 later, I have it and I have shaved with it and it shaves no different. The size and shape of the razor are bigger and this 4-arc nonsense is just that. As you can see from my pictures, both the old Panasonic shaver and the new ARC4 have only two razors. One has a big head on it, one has a small head on it. I get the exact same shave!See the photos and decide for yourself if this $200 Panasonic shaver is worth $140 more than the $60 Panasonic shaver.3Superb Shaver - Use with Olive Oil, Shaving Cream and Warm Water for the Best ExperienceI just purchased the ES-LA63-S to take advantage of the $30 rebate available from Panasonic until 12/31/2010. I upgraded from an older Panasonic model, the very capable ES-8075-S with Vortex cleaning system. The ES-LA63-S model is superior to my older Panasonic, without question. The blades seem a touch more powerful, the shave a bit closer. In addition, the slight curve present in the "Arc" foil and cutting blades do seem to provide an advantage compared to the "straight" foil and blades of my older shaver. Note that the ES-LA63-S is the exact same shaver as the more expensive ES-LA93-K; the only difference between them is that the ES-LA93-K comes in black and includes a drying/cleaning/charging base station. The truth is, you don't need this station, because the shaver is ridiculously easy to clean under running warm tap water with a little liquid or bar soap, and to air dry. The shaver features a sideburn trimmer, which works fairly well, and comes with a charging cord and black travel case. This shaver features two motors (one with horizontal oscillation; the other with vertical oscillation), a 14,000 RPM cutting speed, four foils and is made in Japan (some of Panasonic's lower-end models are made in China). The blue-backlit LCD screen tells you how much charge is remaining, how much time you've been shaving for, and when the shaver needs to be cleaned. One full charge provides about 40-45 minutes of shaving time. As with all electric shavers, I find some slight touch-up with a razor is necessary afterwards (usually on a small part of the neck), but the bottom line is that by using an electric for the bulk of the shaving, you are saving a ton of friction and irritation on your face.My personal tips to get the most out of this model:1) Use a shaving oil (olive oil works great) and warm water and shaving cream for the most comfortable shave. The oil helps provide extra lubrication for the cutting blades as they pass across your skin. I do believe that the use of oil and a wet shave provides for a far superior and more comfortable experience than a dry shave. This is the main advantage of the Panasonic line-up over the Braun series -- the Braun models can't be used in the shower or with water and shaving cream.2) Lock the shaving head so that it doesn't move. I find this makes it easier to control the shaver and aim it at specific spots on one's face.3) Clean your shaver after every shave to keep it smelling fresh and clean. This takes 45 seconds at most. Remove the foil top from the shaver and rub liquid hand soap or bar soap lather over the foil and cutting blades. Wash them clean under running warm water. Place the shaver (with foil top still removed) upside down on a paper towel or some toilet paper to "gravity" air-dry. That's it.4) Drain the battery fully before re-charging it -- this helps to prolong the life of the rechargeable battery. In closing, bear in mind that Panasonic's own literature states that anyone switching to electric shaving from a razor will take about 30 days to fully adjust to it.5I tried the razor for one month just like Panasonic recommends (to let my face become used to ... I tried the razor for one month just like Panasonic recommends (to let my face become used to the new shaving technique). I'm sure it's a good razor for some people but it is not for me. It leaves a lot of stubble whether I shave wet or dry, and gives me serious razor burn. The pop-up trimmer tears into my face as well. I had to revert to using my old razor from a different company. I contacted customer support to let them know that it wasn't working for me but the rep said that I would have to send it in for a replacement under warranty, and I would have to pay for shipping. I asked about the 30-day money back guarantee but was then told that it only applies if purchased through the Panasonic website and not Amazon or anywhere else. After I called the rep out on this, he stopped responding in our chat. At this point I'm going to consider this a loss and purchase something else in my journey to find the razor that works for me. 1The Best Electric Razor On Earth + An Update About Battery Life(UPDATE 11/20/13 - To research complaints about battery drain, I went ahead and did a battery drain test AFTER the display on my shaver showed "10%" of juice left. It ran for a FULL 35 minutes beyond this point before conking out. I think what's happening is the display drops in 10% increments after each use, giving users the misleading impression that they've got little charge left especially when they hit the "50% left" mark. Based on my "battery drain" test, this is NOT true. The battery in this shaver is GREAT, holding a charge that lasts well within the 45 minutes touted on a single charge.)=========================ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW.=========================* Until now, I've always believed electric razors could NEVER come close to beating hand-held blades. But this Panasonic comes very close - so much so that I rarely use a straight blade anymore!* Disclosure: I do NOT work for Panasonic and I am NOT being compensated in any way for this review. But this Panasonic ES-LA63-S Arc 4 Mens Electric Shaver is pure, unadulterated awesomeness, blowing every competing Norelco and Braun shaver out of the water!* Very few people can afford $300 for this machine. But when it comes up for sale for under $150, which is often - you should snap it up because it's worth EVERY penny - and THEN SOME.* Unlike other electric razors, this Panasonic cuts so close without nicking up your skin that you won't believe your eyes and you won't believe your fingers when you run them over your face after each shave. Neck hair will take longer to shave - but NOT too much longer compared to other electric razors. (And I have coarse dark hair which grows quickly.)* A blue LED light clocks each session. When you turn it off, it tells you how much battery life is left, i.e., 90%, 80%, 70%, 60%, etc. You'll get about 45 minutes of shaving on a single charge - or about 10 days worth of shaving without reaching for the re-charger. (BTW, the reason this shaver won't work with the cord is common sense! Who wants to be electrocuted in the shower with the cord attached?)* Cleaning is a breeze. Just press the buttons on the right and left sides of the head - and the foil framework comes off easily. Turn your shaver on and hold the power button down for at least two seconds. Your shaver will go into a "cleaning mode" whereby its blades will vibrate like mad, providing the cleaning equivalent of jumping to light-speed in a "Star Wars" movie - without rattling like the Millennium Falcon. Just run tap water over the blades and all hair cuttings will vibrate off into your bathroom sink.* I've tried this shaver in both wet and dry modes and its performance is superb. However, shaving in wet mode with a thin cream such as Kiss My Face Moisture Shave Key Lime Cream is supersonic awesome. (Note, shaving "wet" makes cleaning easier because you'll have less facial oil when you clean the heads after every use.) Unlike Norelcos with rotary blades which pivot a little, the head on this Panasonic pivots up and down AND side to side, hugging your face in every direction. It has two (2) motors. One cuts up and down and the other cuts from side to side. It's great at getting rid of 99 7/8% of my neck hair and the nubs in both corners of my mouth. (More about that "1/8" difference later.)* This shaver comes with a travel pouch and a locking switch (to prevent it from going on while traveling) - as well as a blade cover. It also has a pop-up trimmer for bushy sideburns and mustaches. The head can even be locked to prevent pivoting while shaving.* Now, about replacement blades. Do the math. Panasonic still wins. If you have to change blades every six-months-to-a-year - well, no offense, but you've got a genetic profile of a werewolf. Most people with "standard" beards won't have to replace the blades on this machine for WAY MORE than a year, and I have a tough, coarse beard.* The money you'll spend for two (2) Panasonic WES9068PC Men's Shaver Replacement Inner Blades - is TINY compared to the cost of replacement blades for other electric razors. This Panasonic takes two (2) replacement blades - which doubles to four blades - because two additional blades are built into the outer foils - which hook into the base of the replacement blades. Note that the outer foil unit - Panasonic WES9165PC Men's Shaver Replacement Foil - does cost more to replace, but you won't replace it often (unless you break or puncture it) - because the two blades built into them are designed to cut thicker hair. These blades are comparable to what's found on a trimmer for sideburns, but the foils protect you from getting nicked or cut. (And I don't know anyone who's ever replaced the bigger blades on a trimmer.) Don't get me wrong. You WILL change the two-bladed foil unit eventually, but in the long run, you WILL still save money compared to what it costs to buy one 18-multi-blade blister pack locked up in plastic cases in stores. If you want to save even more money, buy the foil and the two blades TOGETHER - which are available in the Panasonic WES9025PC Men's Shaver Replacement Out Foil and Blade Kit for ES-LA63-S. Buying this "kit" should save you around $20 to $30 than buying these items separately.* I'm taking away a "half-star" (even though fractional-stars aren't allowed here) - for one reason. While this is the BEST electric razor I've ever used - note that in my first paragraph above, I said "this Panasonic comes very close" to beating a hand-held blade. After a wet shave (which I recommend over dry if you're not in a hurry) - I run my fingers over my cheeks, jaw bone and neck. They slide like a sled on snow across my face and jaw line - and over 99 7/8% of my neck.* But there are always one or two tiny spots on my neck this razor won't completely get. Now, you might ask, "well then what's the point of buying this Panasonic ES-LA63-S Arc 4 Mens Electric Shaver with Dual Motor and Multi-Flex Pivoting Head if it's not as good as a blade?"* This is my response: Shaving is one of the most aggravating and time consuming chores men face EVERY day. The type of finish you will get with this Panasonic ES-LA63-S Arc 4 Mens Electric Shaver with Dual Motor and Multi-Flex Pivoting Head is EQUAL to using a hand-held blade for, let's say, four minutes. Think about it. During my hand-held "blading" days, unless I was headed to a special event - I did NOT spend as much time to get at every cotton-picking nook and cranny on my neck, especially the area below my ears. I could still FEEL tiny bristles, but I could not SEE them. When 100% smoothness was required, I spent more time WITH A HAND-HELD BLADE to get at those nooks and crannies anyway. Hence the "touch up" conundrum. Today, I STILL keep a hand-held two-blader nearby if perfection is my goal. But most of the time, I don't bother.* One last thing. Don't mess with electric shaving kits which come with "immersible tubs" filled with expensive cleaning solutions. Panasonic recommends just liquid soap and water to clean the heads. (After shaving in wet mode, I don't even bother with soap. The residual suds from the Kiss My Face Moisture Shave Key Lime Cream and a strong blast of tap water while the heads are in "cleaning mode" does the job for me. If I want to clean after shaving dry, I just use a blast of tap water, no soap.)* Yes, the $300 price tag is steep and yes, you get what you pay for. But this Panasonic is almost always on sale for below retail. For all these reasons, this Panasonic ES-LA63-S Arc 4 Mens Electric Shaver with Dual Motor and Multi-Flex Pivoting Head still gets a STRONG four and one-half stars.4
