Received expired shampoo that was to be destroyed Normally a great product but I was sold a bad bottle by Best Bet beauty on Amazon in June 2104 and now can't return it because the 30 day return period has expired. Beware of any bottles with a bottom stamp of OK2214. They are rotten and the shampoo is a brown color. 1NOT the shampoo advertised - buyer beware! This bottle was NOT filled with the shampoo that was being advertised. I have bought this shampoo many times over the years from many different vendors. When I received this bottle, the liquid inside was much runnier than usual (which is quite viscous), a different color, and created many more bubbles. This was disappointing as I have come to love the shampoo, and now will have to find it elsewhere. Hopefully this prevents people from making the same mistake. 1Fake!!! Fake stuff!!! Compare to the real stuff - it looks different, smells different. What the? 1Terrific product. I purchase the shampoo and conditioner... love them both. I have found that I get headaches from some other shampoos and conditioners but these not only do the job but smell wonderful. I even take them when I go to the hair dresser when I get my hair cut. I've been using Neuma Replenish shampoo for a number of years due to skin allergies. I could tell from the moment I opened the bottle that this shampoo was different. It looked thinner and foamier and did not have the signature Neuma smell. It was much sudsier when I put it on my hair, and when I rinsed it out, my hair felt stripped and sticky. Has been a few hours, and my scalp is starting to get itchy. :-( Don't waste your money! I learned the hard way. It's worth the hassle to drive down and buy it from the salon, where you know you're getting the real deal. 1BEST shampoo I've tried! BEST shampoo I've ever used! This shampoo is so thick and sudsy-- I feel like I'm at the salon when I wash my hair :). This shampoo lathers very well, and leaves my hair feeling soft, fuller and manageable. I love the way it makes my hair feel. Also, it is 100% vegan and on PETA's Leaping Bunny list! BONUS! Expensive, but worth every penny, in my opinion. This big bottle lasts my husband and me between 3-4 months, with both of us washing our hair every day. A little lathers up and goes a long way.
