AMAZING & PAINLESSI ordered this on a whim for my eyebrows. Simply amazing!! I put a small amount in a small glass jar and warmed it in a double boiler. This went on easy, cooled quickly, and removed even the smallest, finest hairs. No paper strips needed. WELL WORTH IT!5Holy crap. Please listen to this reviewHoly crap. Please listen to this review. This is the best, and easiest to use wax I have ever tried. It dries super quickly and when it dries it creates a vacuum seal around the hair. It does not stick to skin in the slightest and cuts the pain down 75%. I would pay $150 dollars for this stuff because it is so good.5Best wax ever!! This is by far the best wax I ve ever used. When I first got into waxing, I started off using some crappy no-name brand that was, er, a rip-off. Literally. The wax wouldln t dry correctly, which caused me to have a very painful leg wax. I ditched that wax quickly and began searching for a replacement. I found wax from Wax Necessities, which claimed to be high quality wax at a lower cost. Eh. It was okay, but it wasn t great (apparently the company is called Waxness now). Good ol Google told me that Cirepil was popular with professional waxers, so I decided to give it a try. I ve never looked back. This stuff is sent from the wax gods. It applies so smoothly, evenly, and comes off easily in one piece, just like wax should. A whole bag lasts me about two leg waxes (lower legs only, both left and right legs). I use the leftover wax to do my eyebrows and upper lip. I do wish that the bag was bigger, but you definitely get what you pay for, which is a high-quality, comfortable wax. Cerepil s wax honestly does NOT hurt. It s super easy to use and has a pretty blue hue. I ve already bought several bags and will continue to buy more. I have an entire waxing station that I created set up at my home. If I m gonna wax myself, I m going to do it correctly and safely. Cerepil wax allows me to do just that. 5Works like a pore strip, saves big $$!Was a little skeptical spending $20+ on a bag of wax beads, but I figured if it worked, it would save much more than that at the salon. Glad I did! If you don't want to buy the warmer, find a coffee cup you can designate for waxing purposes. I microwaved about half a cup of beads for 2 minutes and they were more than ready. I waited until the wax was comfortably cooled before handling it.Tips:You don't need the warmer, but be careful with the microwaveEye brows are the hardest part of the face to waxPut the wax on thick enough that it isn't blotchy, and it'll come off in one piece instead of flaking as you pullTap the middle of the wax to make sure it's all hardened before attempting to remove itEvery hair will come off with the wax,it's very adhered to the hairWorks like a pore strip on your nose!Strips of cardboard work from a toilet paper tube or cereal box well if you don't have sticks on hand.5Love this wax!I really love this wax! I am by no means a professional and I purchased this for my own personal home use and bought the 14oz Gigi wax warmer. They work perfectly together and I spent quite a few hours last night excitedly trying out areas to wax. I did not find waxing my armpits NEARLY as painful as I would using honey or soft wax with strips. It took me quite a while to get the right temperature and application down. This wax is a little tricky to adjust to but I find it WAY more convenient than any strip wax and much less messy. If you drop some, just let it dry and pick it off. Much better than the gooey honey wax I previously tried. I attached a picture of some used wax... Lol brave yourself. It looks like it could be Velcro.5Great wax for a self-waxer Great wax! Hardens quickly and easy to pull off. I waxed myself a week ago and I am still smooth. No more expensive spa trips! Start with legs, until you get the hang of self-waxing. The legs are the least sensitive. I did legs first, underarms, lip, and bikini area. Smooth! 5Wow! Its all they say!!I have recently started doing my own Brazilians after pay $45 a shot. As a novice I thought all waxes were the same. I was wrong. I first started out with the standard GiGi Brazillian hard wax. It worked but within a few days I noticed things weren't smooth and within two weeks I needed to wax again. Then I tried soft wax...total disaster. I've had Brazilians on and off for years and the blue wax seemed to be a standard for the professionals. I decided to spend the extra and tried Cirepil today. It seemed to get everything off. I have developed a good technique with the other brand and used the same with Cirepil. Took less time since I didn't have to go over the areas twice. I didn't use ANY pre oil, just washed well and went for it. My process...Wash well and rinse so no soap residue. Warm wax until barely melted. Using a large craft stick (I bought a giant bag of craft sticks for $5 instead of a small bag of "waxing" sticks for $8) I took a small amount of wax and rolled the stick so nothing was blatantly dripping. I worked in small areas, spreading the wax and leaving an edge for pulling. I really think I could have made the wax thinner due to its consistency whereas the before mentioned brand needed a thicker application so it wouldn't crack. I waited to pull when the wax was solid enough to not transfer to my fingers. Afterwards I used a little tea tree oil to remove the little bits of wax (which is normal with any hard wax) and as an antibacterial. I think it hurt a little less than the other brands due to the solid hair adhesion. Redness was gone within minutes after each section was done. I am thrilled with the results. I did my daughters underarms and it didn't leave any hairs. It is worth the extra couple of dollars. I looked at the Cirepil web site and they have a specific hard wax for Brazilians called Intimate 4. I am curious if anyone has used it and how it compares to traditional blue.5Love this!I love*love*love this wax. I actually had to covertly look at the product my waxer-lady (estetician? beautician?) was using because she kept talking about how she is the only one that uses this brand of wax and how it is so superior and causes less pain. I finally caught a glimpse and ordered my own tin along with the GIGI wax warmer setup. For the price of one professional wax I have don't my own every 5 weeks for about the last year. Yes, giving yourself a brazilian is brutal. It doesn't look glamorous. You will say some very *very* bad words and consider going with a more 'retro' look. But even more brutal is spending $50-90 bucks every six weeks to have someone else do it!5Best hard wax! This is the best hard wax I have ever tried! I prefer to use hard wax over any other wax hands down. I use it on myself & on my friends, family, & clients. I have found that this works best for me when used on clean, oiled (lightly) skin. Using a light oil helps prevent the wax from sticking to & pulling on the skin, therefore only grabbing the hair. Easy to use & easy clean up. I have found my holy grail hard wax & will be repurchasing every time I start getting low.**Always use a clean/unused wooden stick/spatula to dip into the wax. Reusing sticks can cause your wax to become contaminated & unsanitary.**5Very easy to use, great results!Very easy to use & easy clean up, never paying $$$ for a salon wax again! I've been a regular customer at a nation-wide franchise salon, and this is almost identical to their hard wax. With that said, I'm no professional and always dreaded my wax appointments. I wanted to try doing my own since summer up-keep gets very expensive. I've watched my esthetician over the years, so I knew the general routine when applying / removing hard wax. Just like the salon, I used a pre-epilation powder (Gigi brand) on the skin area and a large epilation applicator stick (Gigi brand) to apply the wax - using a new stick for each application. Before I purchased a professional warmer, I wanted to make sure this wax was worth it. For my first time using, I poured the wax beads into a glass mason jar + set it in a small pot of simmering water (sounds funny, but it worked like a charm and kept the wax melted at the perfect temperature!). I have very sensitive skin and I've had no issues with ingrown hairs (always exfoliate waxed area in the shower) and no issues with irritation. Surprisingly, doing my own wax was virtually pain free. For those saying the wax sticks to the skin, make sure you're applying enough wax for a thick strip and it will peel off very easily once it cools. Highly recommend & will be purchasing a warmer!5Amazing product!! Would definitely recommend!! This was technically my second time trying hard wax, the first time was with some microwavable junk that I bought at Sally's Beauty and that stuff hardly pulled any of the hair it just hurt.... (A Lot)I spent some time searching the internet for the best hard wax and eventually came across this product so I decided to give this a try. I didn't buy a wax warmer so I honestly just put some of these beads in a bowl and placed it over a small pot of boiled water and took it off the burner so it wouldn't stay too hot. This can work but you obviously need to be very careful that you're not putting it on your skin when it's super hot, so you should always test it on your wrist either way.Once the temp felt good I tested it on my arm and it seemed to work well so I went for it and started waxing my bikini area. I didn't use any special products to prep or anything before using this wax for anyone wondering. The wax is pretty easy to apply but it can make a mess if you're not careful. I applied it in small sections and had my fiance pull the wax. It's gonna hurt but this wax is absolutely fantastic! It lifts up all the hair it touches like magic. The wax didn't cause any irritation at all and has left me completely hair free down there!! Next I plan on trying this on my legs and under arms once that hair is long enough. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to save money from going to get waxed professionally. Do your research though! It'll definitely pay off. 5DO NOT REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE This product does not work. It takes forever to melt, then never properly hardens, so it s virtually impossible to remove. Amazon DOES NOT TAKE RETURNS ON THIS PRODUCT EVEN THOUGH IT IS DEFECTIVE AND DOES NOT WORK AS CLAIMED. Do not waste your money. Very disappointed that this is not returnable because it does not work. Very disappointed in Amazon. Stop selling garbage! 1PERFECT for removing hair without strips, warming machine or placing many layersI was looking for a replacement wax to what I have used for years (they don't make it anymore). A good wax in my opinion, doesn't require you to use strips or a warming machine. I read the reviews on Cirepil. MANY commented you have to use the blue colored wax. I also read some about pebbles and some sold solid in a container. The solid container was desired, but not at approximately $150 US dollars. I bought a bag of the dark blue (looks almost black) wax pebbles for about $20. I picked up a product plastic cup from a beauty supply store (Sally's) for about $4 (see pic). Poured about 1/2 cup of pebbles into the container, microwaved for about three and a half minutes on high to melt the wax. Used a "Popsicle" stick to spread on my upper lip and brow areas. Waited about one minute and pulled the dried wax strip off. It removed all my hairs. I didn't have to apply another layer of wax or pluck any stragglers. The wax grabbed them all! I reuse my wax, you can be grossed out all you want. I don't share the wax with anyone and I use it on my face only. I've done it for years with no issues. This 14.11 oz bag of pebbled wax will last me years. The only thing I wasn't thrilled with is the wax when dabbing/swiping on my face, when pulling away, I was left with a long strand that stretched and could fall into my eyelashes or something. When pulling the stick away from your face to break the connection, it doesn't break away easily. That's not the end of the world, but took extra effort when trying to not get it on things. I read some comments that said it turned their skin blue. I'm thinking they used a different brand/type. The kind I purchased does not turn your skin blue. I do have sensitive skin, so of course the waxed areas were really red. That's pretty standard and the redness last for two to three hours. Even if I have it professionally done.5PICK THE RIGHT SIZE BEFORE YOU ORDER!!So I'm reading the reviews and I see all these complaints that the wax came in a tin and it was hard as a rock. Well FYI they come in bead form and a tin form. So READ carefully which option you want. I got the tin which fits perfecting in the wax warmer. I'm quiet postive it will fit in most of them. Zero complaints on my end. Wax so far has been great and easy to use. Much better then the traditional waxing with strips!5Really like this wax, just felt like it finished too quickly I used the Gigi wax before with the strips and then wanted to try the hard wax--and let me tell you, it was not what I expected--just troublesome all around to the point where I was actually considering the strips again. I was skeptical about this one but read great reviews and decided to give it a go.I am so glad I did! With the teeniest tug, the hairs come off! If you apply it correctly, the results are amazing!!!! I've waxed my arms and legs, under arms and even bikini area (ouchie but smooth) and I was impressed each time. Granted some times were better than others but with the right application, it can look great and results last a while.Beads made it easy to mix a bit of wax or add more if I wanted to do a large area. Made it quicker to heat up that and add more as I needed. The only downside was that I felt like the wax finished too quickly--so I ordered the tub this time. Hope that one last longer than the beads (even though it says it's the same amount??) So we'll see but I do like the wax because I don't have to do a hard tug to get a lot of hairs and this one manages to pull even fine or short hair. So happy camper for the most part 4Great Wax Pros and very few Cons!I'm giving this a 5 star rating although it really deserves a 4.5 (but that's not an option) I am pretty old to the waxing game (I wax myself and my VERY close friends). The first heating of the wax took about 30 minutes which was normal. I've read many of the prior reviews; good and bad. Things I noticed as I waxed compared to what reviewers wrote. It left a blue color on the skin: False. I have no blue residue at all on my skin. I prepped and cleaned up with some tea tree oil and it left everything nice. Another thing I noticed on a poor review was that "you have to apply so much in order to rip it off" well yes.. There's a certain thickness for hard wax to work at it's best BUT that is a known quality of hard wax NOT this wax. Also some comments about the smell. It smells like wax. Totally tolerable I actually forgot about it almost instantly. Hard wax is not for everyone, waxing yourself in general is not for everyone so if you can't handle the subtle wax smell... Don't wax. My own personal CON to this wax: my skin was very red for over an hour after waxing. (This is where the half of a star deduction comes from) I have been waxing myself for a very long time and I do have sensitive skin but never had this much redness before. I can definitely live with it. I've tried " clean and easy hard wax acai berry" good smell, EXTREMELY stringy, decent hair removal. 3 stars. Another wax I have tried is "Satin Smooth Calendula Gold Hard Wax" also a 3 star wax. Smell was not the best but tolerable, decent hair removal, awkward cream color. And last but not least the classic "GIGI Brazilian Body Hard Wax" I'll give this one a 4 because it was the first wax I used and it's a pretty safe and classic beginner wax. Smell is not important wax removal isn't bad. NONE of these waxes though come even close to the hair removal capabilities of Cirepil Blue Wax. I am a very thick haired Italian and this removed my hair with 1 application. Not once did I have to go over a spot for a second time. It was amazing. Yes hard wax used a lot in order to remove but I used so much less wax only applying over each spot once that it made it worth it. So because I have tried a few different waxes this is the one to use!5Beginners STAY AWAY So I figured why not save some $$$ on waxing and do it myself. After all I have seen many times how it's done and can just do the same. What a mistake. The wax I received was exactly as described. I did not use a warmer as I wanted to see if it will work for me first before buying one. So I used the microwave:1. I burned myself as instruction says try on your wrist - well what's ok on my wrist was NOT ok on my leg. Nevermind I left it to cool more2. Very hard to spread - it was either too thin and breaking or too lumpy.3. BAD smell - not sure if it's because of microwaving it - chemical resiny smell - had to open windows after that4. Lumpy application worked to get some hairs out but not all5. I could not get most of the remaining stains from my leg and had to get it off with nails and scrubbing with sponge. Not good.So in conclusion if you are an expert in waxing, know what you're doing and do not mind the bad smell this may be okay. Very disappointed :( 1Great wax beadsGreat wax! At first I melted the wax beads in the microwave (against advisement) and it was incredibly hot! I switched to using my scentsy and it worked great! I spread the wax on my underarms with a large tongue depressor, it hardened very quickly. I ripped the hardened wax off (do it fast!) and though it hurt it worked very well! The redness was gone the next morning. I did miss a couple hairs but I believe that was due to not spreading the wax evenly and all over. I highly recommend these wax beads! I had perfectly smooth underarms with no stubble for over a week! I used it on my bikini line with equally great results.5great waxWorking as a waxer at a well know waxing franchise I wanted to test out other waxes to see if the wax we use at work is really one of a kind. This wax comes very close and is very easy to work with. Because the wax I use at work is exclusive to the company and its brand, if I had to purchase a wax to use outside of work, I'd buy cirepil.4Best hard waxBest hard wax yet! Worked awesome on my armpits. Great for course thick hair.5THIS IS THE BEST WAXED I HAVE EVER USED!!!!! LADIES BUY THIS DIY IT AND SAVE SOME $$ First of all I haven't been paid or received this product to write a positive review nor am I a keyboard warrior. I am writing a review simply because I am so so impressed by this product. In the past I have tried other brands and none of them were effective in epilating my fine facial hair or my coarse hair in other regions. In the past I have spent alot of money at beauty salons where most use inferior honey wax. This wax works because it is incredibly strong, which means with a bit of force it will pull out the hair without snapping. In addition the wax cools quickly. In fact I have single handedly completed my first hollywood wax (by myself). I teamed up the wax beads with an empty wax tin and used jumbo craft sticks which I purchased from Walmart. I didnt use any pre epilation powder - I guess talc wouldnt be a bad idea going forward. I used the gigi wax warmer to melt the wax under medium heat and then shoved it to low. Becasue I have burnt my arm in the past using other braded cream wax i was super conscious about the temperature and I think that as a result it was a little too thick at times and I wasted some of it, having got through a bag without attempting the back of my legs. So next time I will use more heat and buy a bigger bag! 5Awesome once you learn it!So basically, it's awesome once you figure out how to properly apply it. I learned the best way is to get a lot in one large clump and then spread that clump into two or three strips very close to each other. And the very last strip bottom needs to connect with the first strip. So I kept saying, "clump, line, line, connect" and I was able to get the most coverage without it breaking into a million pieces.5
