We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. Since we initiate procurement for most products on the day of receiving the order, we request that all cancellation requests come in within a day of placing the order.
However, the customer can choose to cancel the order till it's been shipped by us. Post shipping, returns and refunds can be applied to the order.
When you place an order, we automatically select the carrier that offers the fastest delivery. We've partnered with multiple carriers, so depending on your location, tracking information can vary.
Once your order ships and a tracking number has been assigned to your package, we'll send you an email with all the details. Included in the email is the name of the carrier, the ship date, and the tracking number.
